Welcome to our second Research Wrap of 2026! In partnership with The International Platform for Sport and Development (sportanddev) we present summarised insights from academic articles each quarter.
This wrap presents insights from seven journal articles related to Sport for Development and Peace (SDP) published in the second quarter of 2026. Four articles grappled with postcolonial and geopolitical tensions in SDP in a range of settings. Three articles focused on intervention outcomes and how to evaluate them.
