Alana Richardson is a PhD candidate at Victoria University in Melbourne, Australia. Her PhD research focuses on Gender-Based Violence Prevention in and through sport. Other research interests include gender issues in sport and sport for development. She is the coordinator and an advisory committee member of the UNESCO chair.
